Bob Ryan

With over 30 years of experience as an insurance agent, Bob Ryan started Ryan & Ryan Insurance Services in May 2021 with his family. Prior to starting Ryan & Ryan Insurance Services, he owned and operated his own agency in New York City for 15 years before moving to Florida in 2001. In 2002, Bob started his insurance career in Florida, specializing in the construction industry, and spent 14 years as a commercial agent with Lutgert Insurance before it was acquired by a national broker.

An active community member his entire career, Bob received the NYC Taxi Industry Award for working with the Guiliani administration to rewrite workers’ competition laws. Since moving to Florida, he has been active with the Boy Scouts of America, Cape Coral Parks and Recreation, and has hosted many events for non-profit organizations. In 2012, he received the Steve Hall Award from the Florida Irrigation Society. In his free time, Bob enjoys spending time with family and spoiling his grandson.

Nicole Yen

Customer Service

Nicole Yen brings more than 15 years of customer service experience from regional and national companies to Ryan & Ryan Insurance Services. Her hard work and dedication saw her move through the ranks, starting as front office administrator to becoming a team lead. She has won multiple awards for her customer service skills over the years for providing helpful information, responding to customer inquires, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Nicole has been active in the community, supporting and volunteering with Art Fest of Fort Myers, March of Dimes, Cape Coral Parks and Recreation, and Emma’s Hope. Outside of work Nicole spends her time with her family and enjoys reading.

Sean Ryan

Sean Ryan joined Ryan & Ryan Insurance Services after working four years in the hospitality industry building his client base through customer service. Sean learned at an early age that hard work, dedication and attention to detail are the grounds for success in both life and in your career. In his rookie year, Sean was among the top 10 in his field. In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting, playing poker, and watching sports.
